anuejn: vup: it seems like the buffer "desync" issue isn't hsync or anything, since I've went through the relevant logic in detail, including patching the counter of current word in line to increment only in valid display window, and didn't find anything else fishy

what I realized was that the buffer constant glitchiness happens when I'm doing operationg with the processor. It turns out that there are probably something like missed line counter increments due to DDR RAM AXI latencies

I'm fairly certain this is the main and possibly only issue I am facing right now with regards to getting to a functional frame buffer, since I have calling `stress --vm 1 --vm-bytes 1M` as if stretches... stuff further down across the screen

which seems to me like as the HDMI clock clocks, sometimes due to latencies, the "output payload" address fails to increment
