Hey BAndit1983, can you tell me which is the class which I should look to get the path to the image in OCCore.

Also, when I grepped "ThumbnailProvider" in OCBackup, it shows that QMLThumbProvider is used as class where as in OCCore , it shows ThumbnailProvider as the class.

so lets start: Bertl wants to give us an update

okay, so as I already reported some time ago, we had some problems with the PCA9540 used in our power board versions before v0.29

thus we decided to switch to the PCA9543 in v0.29, which features a reset line

(which we do in initial programming)

so we decided to switch again, this time dropping the I2C mux completely and replacing it with an analog switch (TS3A4751)

we are now waiting for the PCBs to actually test them

version v1.3 now has the correct mini display port pinout and should be 'compatible' to DP++, i.e. allow for HDMI via converters

and so we decided to get a 'development board' for that one which features MGTs

MGT -> Multi-gigabit transceiver

to utilize the TE0714, we also designed our own carrier board for high speed tests and during this development, a new plugin was born

so in theory, there can be used two plugins to get up to 800MByte/s throughput

currently it is some kind of FIFO protocol, but FTDI just recently announced the FT602

and acts as an UVC (camera) device

nice

we also finished another AXIOM Beta

and of course, reworking and testing AXIOM Beta boards

so currently students are refining their proposals and discussing with mentors

other small updates: we had another company restructure IRC meeting recently

it turned out the organization structure of an SCE

is not widely adopted and doesnt offer any reasonable advantages over a traditional cooperative

so we are continuing our investigations, nothing has been decided yet

TT 12.3 with lots of sample footage and raw clips to download will go online soon

or rather tomorrow late afternoon

skinkie, it's a sort of cooperative society that allows for easier cross-national operations. In a nutshell we're trying to find ways to structure the Association so that the community is able to benefit more.
