| 15:27 | namibj | I honestly looked at their website based on this tweet (I did suggest that change, however, so I'm a little involved). Their TOS are unfortunately broken since ~mid last-year, because 1) free, non-trial license doesn't permit commercial use/deliberately supporting a business with what you do in their product, and 2) they automatically grant CC-0-equivalent rights to anyone else who shows up.

| 15:31 | namibj | So, while you are not allowed to sell CC-0 hardware which you design for free, someone else can just take it and sell it as it is CC-0-licensed. This combination makes use of it for even just hobby projects morally wrong (if you belive in RMS's GPL reasoning). I assume you upgraded to one of their commercial plans? Or how do you handle this license-hole?
