So I saw someone filming at nighttime on their smartphone with pretty astounding filter effects applied to the video... looked very fun... then in daytime they could put some rainbow line/halo that shimmered colours over objects or outline of for example, a dog... I asked how it was done they said filters in Instagram app :(

I don't use software like this but it would be cool to see similar effects that they have in libre filters
