i think, the developing process could be more visualized for the people

i don't know that system, that how it works, but the circles should be colorized: green (done), orange (in progress), red (only in mind or something so)

so people could read the things there

that helps to focus on one task and not doing 1000 things at once

there are Kanban Boards in Phabricator, but beta

something like that, but i think it would be nice to visualize the connections between the tasks

we using JIRA in our company, there we can link tickets with status "requires", "diplicates", "relates to" etc

i haven't used it yet

but i just think on the main tasks not all of them

frequent blogposts about the progress would be good for that

so someone must decide what is a main task

there team has several members, so one could be a "product manager" and coordinates tickets, so other can concentrate on getting work done

i think they have already organized this

just people should be informed

and if it is visulaized, then it's more understandable for people

that circle stuffs generated PDF

or to the wiki or i don't know

there are a number of RTC solutions, but it requires a powerful connection if you have many folks listening in

if some kind of slide-style presentation with audio and IRC chat would suffice then I'd definitely go for a web solution

The first sticker is clean and simple, the logo looks great on black. Not sure if I'm a big fan of the curved url, would like to see a version with it in smaller type centered underneath the logo

in sticker2 the curved url is motivated by the orange edge, so no objections there

davidak, surami there are already Kanban board in the phabricator install. What they list as "beta" is enabled on our install. Didn't dig it already
