(note doing mipi that way would make all bitdepths apart from raw6 raw8 and raw12 impossible. But this is probably fine for usage with the cmv12k)

furthermore mipi already restricts the width of frames, so having to pad the frame width is not super weird, although we obviously have bigger restrictions on frame width than the "pure" mipi spec, when going with the same lp signals for all lanes
