yes, you can change the exposure time on every frame if you like

it would require some synchronization though, otherwise you end up with partial frames (i.e. with one exposure at the top and the other at the bottom)

I was thinkgint hat it could be used for an exerpiment I want to try out. super simple. Basically one frame is normal exposure. the next frame is fiarly dark.
