08:27
Bertl

Hello, just to be sure, the required kernal for the focus-peaking is a part of the AXI stream of the video processing pipeline and the scope of the project is to process the pixels after the preprocessing of the data from the CMOS Image sensor.

hi supragya, how is it going?
17:32
supragya
hi BAndiT1983!
17:32
supragya
nice timing, was just going to ping you :)
17:33
BAndiT1983
today i have some time for apertus
17:33
supragya
refactoring the AVIEncoder now...
17:33
supragya
and will begin prototype soon... getting some time now...
17:33
supragya
BAndiT1983, nice :)
17:34
supragya
I was thinking should I take the DWORD fully out and replace with uint16_t maybe?
17:34
BAndiT1983
dword is uint32_t, if i'm not mistaken
17:35
supragya
ah yes, sry
17:35
BAndiT1983
replacing it would be making it more portable and understandable
17:35
supragya
btw... are the applications OCBackup relying on shared libraries libOCcore.so?
17:36
supragya
or are the definitions compiled inside the executables?
17:36
BAndiT1983
shared libs are used of course
17:36
BAndiT1983
see no need to compile the things into executables, would just blow up the size

just imagine 10 modules with same things inside of them, over and over
17:40
supragya
I guess that is the building design on golang... :) read it somewhere

I would still need headers right? during the compilation?
17:45
BAndiT1983
yes
17:46
BAndiT1983
in windows you would also need the .lib files, but in linux i think just headers and so
17:46
BAndiT1983
*.so
