Hi Bertl . As you said that I need to implement a N*N generic kernel.I am referring this to create the co-efficients of the kernel http://www.hlevkin.com/articles/SobelScharrGradients5x5.pdf . So here who will decide the value of the kernel size ? Will it be the user or will it some kind of adaptive variable kernel ?

the idea is to make the kernel size and coefficients generics to the HDL code, so they can be defined when the entity is instantiated

#hi,i want to ask about switching regulator(if i understand the idea or not),we need to control a voltage using pid controller which control pwm connected to buck converter,and we need adc to convert analog error to digital error?

here a short version: at least 8 channels are required, the voltage range is roughly between 1.5V and 4V down from 5V source, the amperage is between 100mA and 1.5A with a total of 3A for all channels together

a reference voltage will be generated (most likely via DAC) which is then checked by the SFE hardware for a suitable value (over/under voltage range)
